Mrs. Scherer took on my civil case on the 1st of September and we were in court on the 5th of September 2023. She had a no-cost consultation on the first and began preparing a defense the next day. Mrs. Scherer was very thorough and most importantly patient, as she advised me of my options and details pertaining to them. I am very impressed with how well prepared she was and how she anticipated events and arguments in court. I am please to say Mrs. Scherer was successfull in having the case dismissed. PATRICK SEIDEL and his team were AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend, they are honest and straight-forward. I found Silverman Thompson online in Feb of 2023 praying they were the real deal. My court date was a few months away and the options are proceed to trial with possibilities of up to 20 years or take a plea deal. I spoke with Mr. Seidel about details and we schduled a office meeting for a few days away. We started the process of sending EVERYTHING I could regarding my case. Seidel immediately began working on my case despite everything else he had as well. I NEVER once felt unheard or pushed off. I never once felt looked down on or felt like i was getting the run around. I was updated via email or phone through every step. Seidel explained the process of what was happening, why, and what were going to do VERY CLEARLY. Seidel questioned everying and anything and did what was best for my case and then some. Seidel had a plan for everything and left nothing out. If you need a lawyer who will do everything they can for you, Seidel is the lawyer you want. I will say a million times over, I will always recommend PATRICK SEIDEL. We continued to prepare for trial on a time crunch. Throughout this process I have never seen a more through, organized, and professional team. You say the show Lincoln Lawyer and Id say thats what your getting with Seidel. They worked on my case non stop. Over hundreds of emails, phone calls, and files. The amount of time and effort put into my case was beyond impressive. Hundreds of highlighted pages broken down into flashcards, spreadsheets upon spreadsheets, many power points, etc. Mr. Seidel was never late to anything we had schduled. The day of trial Mr. Seidel was very professional, we selected our jury and gave opening statements. Mr. Seidel gave a kick a** statement and everyone in the court room including the judge and blaiff were IMPRESSED. Noone can forget the statement he gave. The powerful word choice and connection made with the jury was outstanding. Mr. Seidel got my case thrown out and me home to my family in the same day. I am very greatful to him as he gave me my life back. When you are a young parent of children and your entire life an has been not only threatened but is now potentially being taken away from you, it is beyond traumatizing.
