Competent, Capable, Proactive, Honest: The Right Team! I did a lot of research on law firms following an accident that I was in. I wanted a team that not only had evidence that they knew what they were doing, but also was proactive in communicating to me. Miller & Zois was the perfect choice. From their information-filled website to their team that proactively reached out to me every step of the way to let me know what the status was, what they needed from me, and what was going on, I never questioned that I made the right choice for my case. Ron and his wonderful team were always polite, professional, and timely and got me a very fair settlement. Patience is a virtue in any accident settlement, and Ron and his team made it easy to be patient because they never left me wondering what was going on or "why" (when time and money are on the line, you come up with a lot of "whys" -- Ron and his team are great at giving you the answers without you having to ask). I put my trust in Ron and his team, and they did not disappoint. I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a great law firm in Baltimore.

I've never had to use a lawyer before but the folks and Miller and Zois were very understanding and patient with me, answering all of my questions and helping me get a great result with my case. I'd recommend them my friends and family, no question!

This is the second time I have used Miller and Zois. Every time I called or emailed someone got back to me in a very timely manner. Reza handled my case with so much care. When I communicated my dissatisfaction due to lack of communication and effort from a staff member who is no longer with the firm, Kelli and Mr. Miller stepped right in to make sure my case was settled quickly and to my satisfaction. We came to Miller & Zois, LLC at such a low point in our lives when our sister was senselessly killed. They worked so hard for our family to get us a settlement that was more than fair. During the process, everyone we spoke to and worked with were so empathetic and kind, and they listened to our concerns and wishes.
