I went with Miller & Zois because they had a tremendous track record, but I could tell they weren’t spending all of their client’s money on advertising like some of the other “Big Firms”. I got really hurt in a car accident and my back wasn’t the same, but unfortunately I had a pre-existing condition so my case wasn’t going to be easy. The insurance company offered me a bottom-line figure that would have barely covered my expenses. I would have walked away with nothing even though the accident had changed my life and I knew I deserved more.My attorney, Reza Davani, with Miller & Zois exceeded my expectations. I knew my lawyers would fight for me, but I didn’t expect just how much I would be cared for as a person. Reza himself would call me on a weekly basis to check in with me and how I was doing. He was was completely honest with me about what I could/shouldn’t expect. I really KNEW that he cared because he aggressively challenged the insurance company when they tried to downplay my case. He met with me in person more than twice to review my case and offer all the insight he could. With such a large firm, I was expecting to be dealing with paralegals and legal assistants. I honestly didn’t think I would even meet the lawyer. Reza proved me wrong. It was obvious that he himself did most of the groundwork in preparing my case. He remembered details about the accident without my file in front him. I could tell he was always thinking ahead and he wisely scheduled me with top area experts to testify on my behalf and solidify my case. What encouraged me the most was that although my case was hard, Reza believed in it. Even though the insurance company had offered me such a low figure and others had encouraged me to settle, Reza knew how the accident had affected me and assured me that he would get the amount I deserved. He was on my side and not just because my win was his win, but because I honestly felt like I mattered to him. The end result got me over twice the amount that I was originally offered and 95% of the policy limits! We didn’t even go to trial. I could not recommend Reza or Miller & Zois any higher.

December 1, 2015 our lives were changed forever after getting a call that my Husband had been in an accident. Miller & Zois took on our case after being dissatisfied with the communition (or lack there of) from our original attorney. We are forever grateful for the time & compassion put into our case by this firm. I say "our" case because when something like this happens, it effects the entire Family. A little over a year ago, I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bike. My injuries were relatively minor, but I was still taken to the emergency room via ambulance and required x-rays and was referred to a specialist. When the bills starting coming in and the specialist refused to see me until I could prove the medical bills would be covered by PIP, I realized I couldn't really afford to try to navigate between the Baltimore police dept, the hospital, and the insurance company by myself. When I looked around and saw that Miller and Zois would take the case at no cost to me, I was so relieved. They immediately took control, and I was able to see a doctor and get treated within days. Everything was handled efficiently and with patience and kindness, even though my case had a relatively small settlement. I'm very thankful to have been able to trust them through this process.

I called them up having some incidents. They were very polite and unfortunately they didn't handle my type of case but refereed me to where I could go. Seems like a great law officer with caring lawyers. If I ever, hopefully not, need an attorney that handles their expertise I will definitely contact them.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. Their communication and reachability is ridiculous. Their secretaries talk at you inatead of talk to you and listen to your speech. I contacted them for two separate situations while 1 was never addressed and the other they tried to refer me to another law firm after I was told they do handle the kind of issue I called about. I tried to being business to my own people and found it was the greatest mistake ever made.
