December 1, 2015 our lives were changed forever after getting a call that my Husband had been in an accident. Miller & Zois took on our case after being dissatisfied with the communition (or lack there of) from our original attorney. We are forever grateful for the time & compassion put into our case by this firm. I say "our" case because when something like this happens, it effects the entire Family. Attorney Ron Miller of Miller & Zois responded to my inquiry immediately regarding a personal injury case. Attorney Alan Booth of the firm followed up on several occasions to make sure that I obtained the full benefit of the firm’s experience in relation to my inquiry. I found the team at Miller & Zois to be professional, friendly, diligent and extremely knowledgeable. I am very impressed and I appreciate the firm’s gracious approach to lending assistance. A little over a year ago, I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bike. My injuries were relatively minor, but I was still taken to the emergency room via ambulance and required x-rays and was referred to a specialist. When the bills starting coming in and the specialist refused to see me until I could prove the medical bills would be covered by PIP, I realized I couldn't really afford to try to navigate between the Baltimore police dept, the hospital, and the insurance company by myself. When I looked around and saw that Miller and Zois would take the case at no cost to me, I was so relieved. They immediately took control, and I was able to see a doctor and get treated within days. Everything was handled efficiently and with patience and kindness, even though my case had a relatively small settlement. I'm very thankful to have been able to trust them through this process.

I called them up having some incidents. They were very polite and unfortunately they didn't handle my type of case but refereed me to where I could go. Seems like a great law officer with caring lawyers. If I ever, hopefully not, need an attorney that handles their expertise I will definitely contact them.

Miller & Zois was a God sent! Every question I had never went unanswered, and they made sure I had a clear understanding of everything that was taking place within my case. With this being my first adult accident they made me feel at ease. If you need a firm that is truly going to work for you this is the place to be. Ron and Laura are great lawyers and are both very professional. I had the Miller & Zois represent me many years ago and they also took great care of my sister when she was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident.
