Very disappointed and a waste of my time. The communication was horrible. I’ve been dealing with this firm for 9 months and after being told 3 months ago that I have a case, I received a call today stating that I didn’t and they where dropping it. I was hurt, confused and now left feeling disappointed. I had a bad feeling from the beginning bc of the lack of communication but wanted to give them a chance. The sad part is they told me to call other attorneys and to pursue my case somewhere else. Should have been told this earlier. Now I have to relive my whole experience stressfully. I really give a 0 Star.

Mr. Ruff was the best attorney ever. I had a case with 1st and 2nd degree assault. Mr. Ruff Was calming in the rough sea. Mr. Ruff cares about his clients and treats you like family. I felt like Mr. Ruff was a brother and a mentor. I learned a lot about my self and many life lessons with Mr. Ruff. Mr Ruff fought hard for my case and ultimately I did no jail time and my case was placed on the inactive docuet. Mr. Ruff kept my family calm and updated me on the progression of my case. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Their communication and reachability is ridiculous. Their secretaries talk at you inatead of talk to you and listen to your speech. I contacted them for two separate situations while 1 was never addressed and the other they tried to refer me to another law firm after I was told they do handle the kind of issue I called about. I tried to being business to my own people and found it was the greatest mistake ever made.

I hired Malcolm For my case and I couldn't ask for a more personable, professional, and experienced attorney. I was a mess after my incident and throughout the process he kept me calm and reassured me that we were going to be fine and he was going to take care of it. He went above and beyond his duties as my attorney making sure that I understood everything and that we were on the same page. Anything less than a win or fair deal is unnacceptable to him. In August 2016, 3 months ago, my 15 year old son ran into serious trouble with the law, was facing 5 criminal charges and was temporaily suspended from school. I was devastated. I did not know what to do. However, my daughter, had a friend, in the legal arena, who referred Mr. Ruff. From the moment my son and I met Mr. Ruff, we felt extremely comfortable.
