Mr. Ruff represented me in a criminal matter - second degree assault and weapon charges where I was facing a significant amount of time. He was able to successfully negotiate with the states attorney on my behalf and I received a not guilty on all charges!

I met Mr. Ruff the day after I was charged with a DUI. I had failed the breathalyzer test, and the police officer who arrested me sheded me in the worst light possible. A plaintiff alleged wild, unsubstantiated actions by me that I did not commit. In that context, and through referral from a friend and senior lawyer, I contacted Malcolm Ruff for assistance & legal representation. Malcolm made space on his calendar soon for us to meet. Face-to-face, he was ready to hear my side of the case in a calm, cool manner, posing questions as needed to learn the extent of what transpired to result in the allegations. I was first introduced to Malcolm when I was charged with so many charges that was to much for only one person. Malcom Ruff in my experience is a great lawyer. He defended me on 3 different cases one of which carried felony charges another with misdemeanors and my last case was for my privilege to drive. My two cases were heard in circuit court due to the decision of my lawyer recommending that a jury trial would be more in my favor. So I got charged with felony theft by a previous employer. I searched for council and being a first offender I was inexperienced In this process. So I came across an attorney (not Malcolm Ruff) and he was the absolute worst I was given jail time and a misdemeanor with a first offense. So I appealed the judgment and hired Mr. Ruff as my attorney. He did a wonderful job and was very attentive knowing how nervous I was because of my previous outcome with this case. We went to court and Mr. Ruff got me a PBJ so I wasn't convicted. I still got to keep my job and get to sweep this horrible mistake under the rug. I could not thank him enough for his effort he put into my case. I was nearly in tears in the courtroom when the PBJ was granted.

Malcom is the reason im a free man today and able to write this review, he fought not one but two cases of mine. Very thankful!!!!
