Amazing is how I would describe my experience with the folks at Zirkin and Schmerling!!! I was referred to them by another firm after a minor traffic accident and I’m so happy they did! Josh made me feel comfortable from the start. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. He worked with the insurance adjuster and made sure I received a fair settlement offer, which actually exceeded what I thought to be realistic!!! The process was straightforward and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I wish I could give Zirkin and Schmerling 10 stars!

Z&S handled my case with the highest level of professionalism and care. They fought extremely hard for me over a few year span, and didn’t stop until they got me an outcome that I didn’t even think was possible. A very special thanks to Joe and Miranda as well. Josh Schmerling and his entire team were fantastic with me. I was involved in a rear end collision involving a company so the case did take some time but at no fault of my lawyer.
