No one hires an attorney to get your settlement offer lowered. Before I start , shoutout to Kendall the paralegal because she is the only one who really took my case seriously. I had a personal injury case from an accident. I managed to negotiate with Geico and raised my settlement from $1800 to $6000. Minus the bills, this was not a fair settlement so I reached out to the office to see if they can at least improve my outcome. I wish I would have read Sandra Millers review here before since my case almost ended up as hers. The attorney had my settlement offer raised to $9500 but after their deductions it came down to 5700. That's when I called Josh and told them that is a joke. They offered a "discount" so that I can get $6300 and I am supposed to be content with a $300 increase after several months. The only explanation for this is they are in a tight financial space and only picked up the case to earn that $3000 while keeping my offer.

I was so pleased with my experience with Zirkin and Schmerling Law Firm. Their communication was great. I really felt protected with them and will be referring them to others. Great Job!!!
