Zirkin and Schmerling Law: A team that gets thing done!! I contacted Loraine at Zirkin and Schmeling the day after my injury. A year ago, I experienced the most horrific event in my life, a 140 lb. Akita bit my face, jaw, right hand and left arm. From that day forward they were at my side, comforting and getting the best ideal compensation allowed for the damages I sustained. At times I would vent, be irrational and they would buffer me. Bottom line, they did their job expertly, including increasing insurance allowance for the size of the damages. Loraine negotiated for me with insurances to obtain the best outcome for my case. The icing on the cake, it was settled in less than a year from the date of his attack. If you want a team that get things done proficiently, professionally, and prompt this is the team for you. I highly recommend them.

Immediately after my rear end accident on June 3rd 2018 I contacted Siontz and Kirk law firm to handle my case. Siontz and Kirk after two years then handed my case off too Zirkin and Schmerling Law firm who I had for the rest of my litigation process. The staff at Zirkin and Schmerling have been outstanding with the majority of the work being done by Josh Schmerling and Lorraine Chenault. It took four long years for my case to be finally settled and i settled but without the professionalism and dedicated work ethics of this law firm . I estimate this case may have dragged on for at least two more years. Josh and Lorraine were instrumental in bringing my case to a final close and me receiving an amount that was less than I hoped for. But nonetheless and amount I could live with. after all legal and hospital expenses were paid. I would highly recommend this law firm!!
