I highly recommends Brendan Delaney and his firm for the green card application. Brendan was recommended by some of my friends that got the green card through his firm. He is very clear in communication and work that needs to be done. The firm and Brendan are very well known nationally, therefore applying for the green card with them is a safe investment. The firm and the lawyers are extremely busy, they are very good in replying to emails and get things done when are needed. However there might be delay in replying non-urgent questions or clarifications. I was not very impressed with some paralegals in the past, they do not always seem to be very knowledgeable or responsive to emails. However some other paralegals are very good. Overall I was very happy with the work and I got my green card!

I have experienced a most professional and most effective immigration services with Brendan Delaney and his team. I used Brendan’s office to apply for a J-1 waiver and a green card with no sponsorship from any institution. It was a bit of a challenging task so I reached out to Brendan who, upon a very short notice (less than ~48 hrs) made time to meet with me and extensively walk me through the entire process. Consult was free, it lasted more than an hr, Brendan was very positive, very personable and confident. I immediately felt I was dealing with a class-A professional in the field. Brendan was then always available over the phone and replying my emails within less that 24 hrs.
