I decided to apply for the Legal Permanent Residence Status and I went to talk to Dr. Delaney who presented me with all the different options. I received my E1 visa in about 8 months. The entire process was very smooth and fast . Most importantly, each step was enjoyable despite the hug amount of docs. I highly recommend Dr. Delaney.

I contacted Brendan to obtain information about how to apply for a green card. These guys really took care of my case professionally. I'm a scientist and usually I pay a lot of attention to details but I recognize that something like an application for permanent resident status must be handled by a good specialist. After shopping around for some time for an immigration attorney, a friend of mine recommend Brendan and his team. Another thing that I really appreciated is that they don't have surprise fees (they have "flat" fees for each stage of application), which is a plus because the budget can be planned in advance. Just one thing that I really suggest is that if you need recommendation letters ask them in advance because it is good to give some time to people prep their letters and get them revised. Also, give yourself time to put together all documentations in an organized fashion but don't worry because even that will be done with the support of Brendan and his team.

I am highly recommending Brendan as a lawyer for the green card application. I contacted more than 10 lawyers in different states for initial interviews. Highly recommended! They've helped me to apply for NIW and get it (2015). Typically, the NIW process (I-140 and I-485 forms) is an extremely time consuming and exhausting process with too much of details you need to consider. Throughout this process, Brendan Delaney and his staff have been extremely professional, helpful and always available in responding questions or giving advice.
