I realize that I am sharing this review late and apologize about that but my family had the most amazing experience with this firm. From start to finish all of our questions were answered and concerns heard. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the feeling of one on one attention. Special shout out to Jonathan for always answering emails timely and always being able to answer our questions or refer us in the right direction, and to Mr. Frank for getting is ready to rock our interview!! As long as we are in the area, we will only use Frank & Delaney!!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Adam and his team, who helped me obtain a waiver for the 2-year-rule associated with my J1 visa and, ultimately, a green card. Adam has been very responsive throughout the process usually responding the same or the following day when I had questions. My wife and I felt well prepared for the interview. I would recommend Brendan Delaney to any professional seeking permanent residency as a National Interest Waiver (NIW). I know he deals with other types of Green Card application but i will focus on the NIW category as it applies to my particular case. Since our first meeting, Brendan demonstrated knowledge and vast experience with this particular type of Green Card application. He thoroughly explained the NIW requirements to me and why I qualified for this type of GC. He also went through the steps of the process as well as the breakdown of the fess, which I think is reasonably priced. We had a particular situation in our case that could potentially lead to denial of adjustment of status. However, Brendan appropriately applied his knowledge of immigration law and our case got approved without any issue. As a side note, the Immigration Officer mentioned during our interview that our case was very well organized and that this made everything easier on her side. Lastly, I would like to leave my suggestion for improvement of their service. At times they take toooo long respond emails, particularly when their responses require any action on their side, such as revising reference letters. My family and I are really thankful for Brendan's service and would recommend his firm without hesitation.
