I highly recommends Brendan Delaney and his firm for the green card application. Brendan was recommended by some of my friends that got the green card through his firm. He is very clear in communication and work that needs to be done. The firm and Brendan are very well known nationally, therefore applying for the green card with them is a safe investment. The firm and the lawyers are extremely busy, they are very good in replying to emails and get things done when are needed. However there might be delay in replying non-urgent questions or clarifications. I was not very impressed with some paralegals in the past, they do not always seem to be very knowledgeable or responsive to emails. However some other paralegals are very good. Overall I was very happy with the work and I got my green card!

Brendan Delaney and his team worked diligently and professionally, leading to the approval of my NIW petition. Going into the process, I was aware that the low number of publications that I had might hinder approval, so wanted the help of professionals. I contacted Brendan based on a referal, and was impressed by the overall work produced. The fees for NIW petition preparation and filing was competitive with other lawyers I had contacted. Since part of the fee was contingent upon approval, I felt that they, too, had a vested interest. There were a couple of times when the team got busy, so I had to send follow up emails to keep pushing the process along. Regardless, Brendan was generally able to keep me appraised of progress, and responded quickly to questions and concerns that I had. Overall a strong recommendation - good luck on your journey!

I have been assisted by Mr Brendan Delany for many years. Recommended. Recently my NIW was approved and received my green card. They help me in any matter and answered any questions I had, most of the time on the same day frame. Along the process Delany Brendan and or one of the paralegals has been proficient and competent, helping all along the way, always available by email or phone. On my case when my H1B visa was about to expire they were able to expedite an EAD temporal card thus making an easy transition for my status.

I recently received my NIW green card with the help of Leavy, Frank and Delaney. No hitches at all and I received notice that my application was successful without the need to review or submit any additional materials - something that has happened a number of people I know using other firms. I found everyone to be very competent whether I was dealing directly with one of the lawyers (Brendan Delaney in my case) or one of their paralegals. Recommended.

Highly recommended! They've helped me to apply for NIW and get it (2015). Typically, the NIW process (I-140 and I-485 forms) is an extremely time consuming and exhausting process with too much of details you need to consider. Throughout this process, Brendan Delaney and his staff have been extremely professional, helpful and always available in responding questions or giving advice. Even after the contract, they've been available to answer questions. I highly recommend their firm and am sure they'll provide the same quality of service to their other clients.

If you want to apply a NIW green card with them, be aware of their payment system. It is a sort of trap. They set up second legal fee just before the I-140 application and third legal fee upon I-140 approval, during which, they don't do literally a single work. In this way, even though you realizes their high price low quality work, you should go on with them until the end. Their reliability is also pretty low. One needs to keep asking.
