It was a great privilege working with Mr. Mahajan and his team. At first, we met due to the plan for filing an EB2-NIW petition, which is absolutely a time-consuming and rigorous process. Right from the beginning, the team kept us aligned with the entire process step by step as well as provided us with all necessary documents for our meticulous understanding. When we submitted the final petition to the USCIS on the EB2-NIW category, it took us just 4 months to get I-140 approval. Nonetheless, this law firm assisted us to file the petition for the adjustment of status (I-485) upon receiving our PERM based I-140 approval too, and the case was approved within 2 months. The turnaround period of our applications may not be an ideal example, but our understanding after working with RLF is the theory of strong application resides in thoroughness and that can be a determining factor indeed during the adjudication process.
