I am getting to a certain age and I thought it was a good time to get my estate plan in order. I was referred to Lindsey Sarowitz by my financial adviser. I did not know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge, ease of process and professionalism by her and her firm. I will most definitely use them if i need additional estate planning advice.

Lindsey provided the criteria per State and Federal requirements and advised what makes sense in our situation. This information helped us to make a decision. She verbally explained and re-explained till we understood. She took a genuine interest in our estate planning and remembered all the details. Lindsey is down to earth person who has the skills to get along with people. I will recommend her to my contacts anytime.

Lindsey Sarowitz was extremely professional throughout the entire process of helping us with my brother and his wife's will and ultimately helping with my brother's small estate. Ms. Sarowitz prepared several estate planning documents for me. Her legal advice was very clear and thorough and she carefully listened to all of my concerns and accommodated them in the documents. She was prompt in delivering the documents for my review and I was very pleased with the care and precision with which she drafted the documents. Lindsey made a very difficult time in my life as easy as she could. Settling my mother's estate was challenging and she understood how emotional and difficult this time can be. Lindsey kept everything organized for me and was very clear on what I needed to do and when. I am especially grateful for how responsive she was. I lost my mom (my best friend) over the Christmas holidays, less than a year ago. I was referred to the firm by an attorney at my mom’s job to handle my mom’s estate. Lindsey Sarowitz was assigned as the estate administration attorney. I was very pleased with her caring attitude, while she handled the complexities of the estate. I’ve had many difficult (physically, mentally and emotionally) exhausting days but I was reassured with Lindsey’s attention to detail that we would have a good outcome. She was honest throughout the process. She kept me abreast of any obstacles along the way, as well as provided draft invoices that I requested. She provided explanations when necessary and made it her duty to try to keep the costs down. She offered to make correspondence with others on my behalf but also asked if I needed assistance prior to doing so. Lindsey demonstrated empathy and was interested in knowing how I was doing. She saw me as a person and spoke to me about other things that mattered to me such as my newly adopted dog Sammy, who is helping me with this grieving process. This has been the most difficult time in my life and I’m glad that Lindsey was there to provide support and guidance. While she maintained a professional demeanor throughout the process, I never once felt as if I was just a client.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsey to review and update my estate plan. Lindsey is very personable, professional and responsive. She listened carefully to my needs and worked with me to prepare all documents promptly and efficiently. I hired Ms. Sarowitz to redo my Will, POA and Medical Directive. She was knowledgeable about the law, and answered all of my questions and concerns both in person and by email. I never felt rushed when meeting in person with her, and came away from my experience completed satisfied.
