Marc provided excellent service. He was very patient, as we sometimes didnt follow up in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Marc to future clients. He also was very attuned to Covid related needs.

Marc did a great job of understanding and tailoring our estate plan to our needs (wills, advance medical directives, powers of attorney, and beneficiary designations aligned with our trusts). His conversational style, wit, and expert ability to clearly explain legalese and the intricacies of federal employment was greatly appreciated, as was his unfailing patience with our many questions during and after the process.

Mr. Levine communicated very well with us about estate planning, what he recommended and why, and answered all of our questions. He worked with us throughout the crazy COVID-19 situation, and he and his office handled signings in person in a way that made us quite comfortable. Responsive and organized.

Handler and Levine have twice assisted us in the preparation of our advanced medical directives as well as with our respective last will and testaments. On both occasions Marc S. Levine took the lead. We found it necessary to do this a second time as the result of our own changing circumstances. When it became apparent that an update was required we did not hesitate to go back to the firm -- having been perfectly satisfied the first time they did this work for us. On both occasions the experience with Mr. Levine was nonpareile. We were impressed with the attention to detail as various eventualities were laid out and dealt with in careful legal terms. We were also impressed with the respectful and empathetic interactions we had with Mr. Levine and the legal team as we dealt with these sensitive issues. The final documents appear flawless to our eyes. High praise. A final note in these troubled times. Documents of this sort require a wet signature in the presence of witnesses. And given the situation with the Covid-19 virus we have to say that the precautions taken by Mr. Levine and the firm to protect the health of all involved were exemplary when we visited the office for the final signing. We can in all good conscience recommend Mr. Levine and his excellent firm to anyone without qualification or reservation

Megan Wallace helped my husband and me negotiate the difficult settlement of my mom's estate. Megan was professional, intuitive, wise, and compassionate. She was truly brilliant! After mom's estate experience with Megan we asked her to create our comprehensive estate plan. Megan patiently explained each document, answering all our questions. Then she crafted separate Last Will and Testaments plus Living Trusts for each of us in addition to four more documents that completed our estate plan. The final documents were finished quite quickly. When my husband passed away Megan was very compassionate and supportive. Our estate plan strongly led the way and Megan always made herself available to guide me. At this point one of our sons had passed away, so Megan updated my Living Trust to create Trusts for his children. She also created an Operating Agreement for my LLC. I am blessed to have Megan as my Estate Attorney and my friend.

What do you do when your Dad and stepmother die a few months apart leaving you as executor of a complex multi-family estate with properties, mortgages, special needs trusts, and various legal entities no one is sure about? And you’ve never done any of this work before. If you’re lucky, you hire Megan Wallace and let her do her magic. She expertly guided me, my family, and my step family through the complexity. And she worked seamlessly with several other lawyers, financial advisors, banks and accountants. She got it all done and worked out a settlement that was good for everyone involved. I highly recommend her. And she got it done with a sense of urgency – in about 6 months.

Marc Levine -- and his assistant, Sandy -- were extremely thorough and prompt in responding to my (many -- I am a lawyer!) questions and requests for changes in our draft estate-planning documents. Especially helpful on which assets need -- and need not -- be titled to a revocable living trust and in coordinating that process with our financial counselors . And readily available to answer follow-up questions after the documents were signed. We are fortunate to have been referred to this Maryland attorney when our out-of-state counsel retired.
