Marc Levine and his support staff are excellent; they are accessible, punctual, professional in all respects, and do what they say they will. $4K fee for estate plan documents and revocable living trust is quite reasonable. Marc is very timely in scheduling in person meetings and phone consults. His support staff is a pleasure to work with, especially Sandy Brodziski. From start to finish we were done in 4 months, which allowed us 2 months to review documents over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Strongly recommend Mark Levine and his firm for any and all estate planning needs. I am a retired military officer, retired FERS civil servant, and disabled veteran. Wife is retired school teacher, so while not exotic, we cover lots of different bases. We live in Virginia, so were happy to work with Marc.

Mr. Levine has drawn up three wills for me over the course of the last twenty-five years. He knows the right questions to ask, and is incredibly thorough.

My wife and I worked with Marc on our estate planning - creating wills, powers of attorney and health directives for each of us, reworking beneficiary designations, etc.. Having never done this before, we of course had many questions and issues we needed to learn more about. Marc patiently walked us through the process and ensured that we understood the implications of all of the decisions we needed to make along the way. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner (or whatever the legal equivalent would be termed). He and his staff were always professional and timely in their communications and in delivering document drafts. Overall. we have only good things to say about our experience with Marc and would recommend him to others seeking estate planning services. In fact, following the completion of our own estate planning process, I referred my mother to Marc to do her own planning.

We engaged Mr. Levine for estate and trust establishment services. As indicated in the title for this referral, he did everything we might have hoped for to orient us to the process and then to take us through it in a simple and thorough way. His office was prompt and responsive to questions and, in our case, a brief delay originating on our end.
