She was extremely helpful in taking on my specific case. She took a considerable amount of time to meet with me to discuss the particulars of what I needed and was looking to achieve. When dealing with family matters you need to do your very best, and I felt extremely comfortable working with Adam Moskowitz in establishing a family trust. For nearly one year, we interviewed attorneys to assist with estate planning. After an exhaustive search, we selected an attorney at a boutique firm specializing in tax and estate planning. After entering into an Agreement, there were multiple red flags regarding her ability to handle her workload during the draft process. Several days before our signing, we received an email noting she could not commit to the agreed-upon signing date due to an impending vacation and other competing priorities. She proffered a refund, and our search started again. We interviewed several law firms and expressed our desire to finalize the documents within a month. After sharing our experience with Adam, Adam committed to completing the draft and having the final trust documents prepared in three weeks. Adam was thorough, pragmatic, and sharp.
