Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner. In the last three years since our marriage, Adam Moskowitz led my wife and I through finalizing our will. My wife and I are in our late thirties and have two young children, so we wanted to create a will. We worked exclusively with Adam Moskowitz and we were thoroughly impressed with his work ethic, patience and dedication. Our needs were pretty basic-- no lavish trusts or anything-- but he still treated us like a priority. We began the process in late August but didn't finish until almost March because we got hung up with work-- and yet Adam understood and simply checked in occasionally to see if we needed assistance. The signing in the office was very simple, efficient and CLEAN-- we were able to bring our young children and were in and out in 20 minutes. I can't recommend Adam personally-- or the firm in general-- strongly enough.

I thought I needed representation on a financial issue and sought the counsel of Kevin McParland. He returned my call within hours, promptly scheduled a time to discuss the details of my issue, and reviewed the background material over the weekend. In the end we agreed I did not need representation --so all of Kevin's time and attention was gratis. While this engagement didn't manifest, I highly recommend him for his professionalism, and yes, honesty.
