I found Mr. Bergman through researching an attorney after being rear ended late one night in September 2023 in Washington DC. This is my first experience going through the claims process. I discovered that the person who hit me, through Mr. Bergman’s investigation, was charged with arson and faced criminal charges for that. Mr. Bergman was able to refer me to doctors in my area to treat me for my injuries and thankfully I have fully healed. Furthermore, Mr. Bergman was able to settle my case fairly and I am content with his services and would highly recommend him.

I was t-boned in a car accident in VA and my sister in law had been represented by Mr. Bergman in prior accidents she’s had so she referred me to him when she found out what happened to me. Mr. Bergman took my case right away, acted swiftly, made sure to advise me to give no recorded statements and referred me to a chiropractic office to help me get relief from the injuries I was suffering from. I was referred to Mr. Bergman after I was rear ended with my two small children where the car that hit me flipped over from the impact it had with our vehicles. I took my children to the hospital and thankfully their injuries resolved and their cases settled, but I was more injured from the impact and had more intense medical care for my injuries. At first, the at fault insurance company did not want to resolve my claim fairly because they believed that I was exaggerating my injuries. I did delay a little in getting an MRI done because of my work schedule and personal matters happening in my life but I did get that done to prove what this accident did to my body. Thankfully, with Mr. Bergman’s fierce advocacy he was able to settle my case for the entire policy available for my injury.
