I will never recognize them they are rude never answer the phone. They also change there word when u go they tell you one thing then after you file they tell you something completely different. I had the Kelly lady she is so rude not sure how she got her job but she need to take classed on how to talk to ppl.

This office puts u with a lady name Kelly she socks she is rude she does everything on her time. Does not really care about you or your case if you getting her fine a different law office. They may be cheap but you also get cheap service. They always give triple the immigration time frame after u file and pay before that they tell u less time for ur case. Scamming

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Gallagher & Hanson. For the past two years, I have been trying to resolve an important matter, but the constant back-and-forth and lack of clear communication have been beyond frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to get updates and push things forward, I feel like my case has been neglected and my concerns ignored. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and dedication from a law office with their reputation. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for timely and efficient legal assistance

Wrong place to go for your legal matters. I have been waiting for feedback for over 3 years. Today I had to go there and demand audience only to be met by arrogant staff as John was again unavailable. John will not respond to you email, phone or text. He is too busy to get back or update his clientile. He will send his arrogant staff to engage with you. Will not recommend.

Cindy and Carmen at the Front desk switched my appointment and wouldn’t give me the original date back. I called and they kept hanging up on me more than 7 times, they lied about needing to change my date to an earlier date and probably give my appointment to someone else. I’ve made my appointment since January and finally waiting patient to meet John in November and they just switched my appointment like it was nothing, they do not care at all. Terrible
