John Gallagher and his team are doing a wonderful job. John has been my lawyer since 2009 and he has always been very professional and outstanding with his work. I also got the chance to work with Elisabeth Soto and she helped me with my mother's immigration and she did a wonderful job. I am forever grateful to John and his team including Elisabeth Soto. Lawyer Taylor ward is incharge of my adjustment status since 2022 December since I finish paying them 2023 may they stop picking my call even to respond to my emails and my adjustment status has not b approved

Who ever respond the telephone in the office is the most disrespectful person.
The Latina girl. The same girl who said “ es lo que puedo hacer si le gusta bueno si no” y colgó el teléfono.
What kind a people they hire ????
The lawyer is a nice person but the office staff is a joke.
This just happen 20 before to this post in September 27 2023 for reference.
She can’t talk to the people like that.

The front desk staff needs better customer service training. Their attitude is beyond rude and unprofessional. If you don't like working there, please quit as you sound miserable.
