I've been licensed since 1977, and have been serviced by a good many title companies and their respective representatives & processors (the behind the scenes folks who do a lot of the tedious grunt work) - to date, Kim Puller has slayed dragons, while simultaneously conducting countless & seamless professional closings for me. Teressa McMonagle, Kim's processor, keeps me and my clients, legal, on point, and up to date. These two ladies are quite a package, and I'm so grateful to have them in my corner.

Christy Flores did a great job handling my settlement. She explained every form and answered any questions that I had. She is very good at what she does and it showed. She couldn't have made it any easier to get through the paperwork.

Kim was extremely helpful and easy to understand. I did several closings in my life and I never realized that the title agent is another service outside of the real estate agent. They are highly train individuals that make sure that all the title and paperwork with your bank is well established and correctly register. Fully recommend!

Nicole Clement and Melissa Hoffman went above and beyond to walk through an anxious client through two transactions. The timeline to close was moved forward on both the the closing of the home our client was selling abs on the home he was buying.
