I was referred to Marni Schwartz for my divorce proceedings and must say that I am very impressed with her highly qualified professionalism and the outcome. I know this is such because the lawyer for my first divorce did not handle my case with any where near this level of skill or concern. Additionally, everyone that I dealt with at Weinberg & Schwartz from the time I walked into the office, to every phone call was handled with the utmost of courtesy, kindness, and respect. I would give Marni and this firm 10 stars if I could!

Outstanding Practice! I was referred to Weinberg & Schwartz after an unsuccessful engagement with another custody firm. When I came in I was deflated, frustrated, nervous, anxious and completely overwhelmed. I met with Marni Schwartz who referred me to Gauri Bayoumi. They both instantly took the time to understand my concerns, the current state of my case, and thoroughly explained the process to me. I’ve never been through a child custody/support case before and my experience from my initial attorney left me more anxious than before. Gauri was passionate, calming, and truly had my and my daughters best interest in mind. She continued to impress me with each interaction, filing, response and rebuttal. She took over my case with very little time to prepare and did so with urgency and professionalism. The amount of stress she removed from me during this process is immeasurable. I am forever grateful to have had her in my corner through such an intimidating and unsettling process.

Great law firm. As a man I didn’t think the child support system would be fair, but with services of Weinberg and Schwartz, I won my cases. Amos and Jacquelyn were awesome! Hire them ASAP!

From our initial consultation- even before I selected him as my attorney, Amos Whitney offered great advice. He did everything possible to get me the divorce settlement I deserved. My ex had a horrible lawyer and Amos repeatedly went above and beyond to show him how to do things, such as re-writing the opposing sides initial document for divorce and telling the other lawyer how to file answers to the court on line. Amos knew my budget was tight and worked with me to see things thru to the end. I would definitely recommend Mr. Whitney to anyone!
