when you are having an accident at work and with all those pain you are trying to get back on your feet you need someone to trust to have your back and help you because your employer and insurance will use all their power to make sure you are not gonna make it back on your feet, for me that person was Mr. Eisenberg

I reached out to Weinberg & Schwartz and specifically requested for Gauri Bayoumi given her credentials and experience working with cross-cultural clients. During my first consultation, she took her time to thoroughly understand my situation and presented me with clear next steps. She was transparent about the challenges that I may face during COVID especially with the court system and I truly appreciated the honesty as It helped me set realistic expectations. Her office was thorough with all the documentation and timely updates and I faced no issues whatsoever through out the divorce proceeding. Divorce is a life changing event and it is important to choose the right attorney to represent you, I am glad with my decision to go with Gauri Bayoumi and her firm.

My lawyer was Amos Whitney and he was like a savor. I had to go throw divorce and it wasn't easy. My ex wife try to take everything and leave me with nothing and I was working very hard trying to make ends meet and I didn't have alot and he was a man that saw that and he help me so much. I just finalized a year-long custody battle with my son’s father and I absolutely could not have done it without Ethan Dellinger. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but after everything he did for me, it’s the least I can do. I feel that I truly lucked out, finding him, as he came highly recommended by a friend. His rate was reasonable especially for a single mom like myself, and he is very considerate about billable hours. He encouraged me throughout the whole process to not back down on certain terms, how to deal with my challenging ex, and ultimately worked out a favorable outcome for both parties. Throughout the whole process, he was always easy to get a hold of, quickly responsive to emails, and very respectful of my time. Lisa was a fabulous attorney. She was amazing though my year long custody case- which we won! There were several emergency situations during this case where she was able to act immediately and contact the proper authorities for me. Made herself available after hours during these situations. Most prompt attorney I’ve ever come across with replying, when she says she will call, she means it. Overall she was a pleasure to work with. She was invested in my case, cared about what was best for my kids. I would rate her 10 stars if i could.

My wife and I hired Lisa to help us keep custody of our Grandson. She was very patient and understanding through a very emotional time for us. Lisa was very thorough and and went the extra mile to help us win a very long and drawn out custody fight that Grandparents seldom win. Amos Whitney is an outstanding specialist in separation and divorce services. I had a difficult situation that he guided me through in a professional and expedient manner. I was surprised by my wife’s decision to file for a divorce and the aggressive nature of the filing by her lawyer. I was totally unprepared. Amos counselled me to be calm, not escalate the situation and keep my emotions out of it. He explained the situation very clearly and offered several options on how to proceed. I wanted to avoid a tangle and keep the cost to a minimum. He explained how we could do that. He negotiated a de-escalation period and then got to work reviewing the proposed agreement with me. He quickly reviewed and drafted proposed revisions of the terms in my wife's proposal and had multiple discussions with my wife's lawyer. Shortly after that with both lawyers' consent, my wife pulled the complaint and agreed to work on our issues outside of court. We are now in marriage counselling and making progress working out our issues. I am confident that had we proceeded, Amos would have negotiated a very fair settlement. I highly recommend Amos.
