Kim Williams is the utmost professional and knows her stuff. The staff in the office really care about the work that they do and work as a great team. I have been working with Capitol Title for most of my 22-year career and highly recommend you check them out. They will travel to their convenient locations around Maryland too. I sleep better knowing that Capitol Title is there supporting my clients transactions.

Probably one of the worst settlement companies I have dealt with:
- Delayed Wire and still charged wire fees
- I still have not received counter signed documents
