The settlement process for refinancing our mortgage went very smoothly. The paperwork was all in order, with no errors. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. The officer running the procedure was professional and knowledgeable.
My only complaint was we didn't start on time; things were delayed for some reason that was never fully explained. Aside from this one issue, we definitely enjoyed working with Capitol Title on this refinancing activity and would gladly work with them again.
