The settlement process for refinancing our mortgage went very smoothly. The paperwork was all in order, with no errors. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. The officer running the procedure was professional and knowledgeable.
My only complaint was we didn't start on time; things were delayed for some reason that was never fully explained. Aside from this one issue, we definitely enjoyed working with Capitol Title on this refinancing activity and would gladly work with them again.

Cole Sullivan was a huge asset to our case. He listened to us, provided sound legal advice, was extremely professional and always responsive to our calls and emails. We could have never navigated thru the legal system, especially during covid restrictions, without Cole's guidance. We would definitely recommend him and absolutely use him again.
