The team at the office communicated quickly and well. They were also quite friendly and helpful. There was a frequent rescheduling needed and they accommodated with patients.

Despite Covid challenges, our process was a breeze. Our title agent was cordial and deadly efficient, so we (sellers) were out of there in maybe 15 minutes.

Mr Sullivan was adamant about getting justice for my situation. He is attentive and he takes time to listen to any concerns one may have. He is one of the best attorneys to have and I would recommend him 100 times!

I had such a wonderful experience with Cole Sullivan and his team. They were responsive to any questions and communicated regularly through emails or phone calls. I was pleasantly surprised that they would even call after hours. They were down to earth and easy to talk to. Of course the end result is the most important part- we won!! I recommend anyone with a potential legal issue to run it by Cole to see if there could be a case.

Very knowledgeable and put my husband and me at ease as we were signing or closing documents. Explained everything in detail as we were going along and answered every question we had with confidence.
