I reached out to Skipper after I and some other owners at my condominium got into a dispute with our HOA over fire damage. I was put in touch Jeff, who was great! Jeff really gave me the sense that his interest was to figure out how to make the financially damaged parties in my case whole. Some other lawyers I'd talked to seemed more eager to sell me services then to figure out how to recover damages. Not Jeff. At several points, I asked about different legal options and his response was that could do them for me and charge me, but that ultimately they would do little to help my case. Thankfully, Jeff steered us away from suing, and helped us find other ways to get compensation. I would trust Jeff implicity to look after legal affairs and to provide sound legal advice.

If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and get in contact with Henderson Law. I will tell you this, Henderson Law stuck with my case for 3 years, to put the strawberry on top of the ice cream they picked up my case after another law firm (I will not name, I`ll just pray that you do not come across them if you have a case that needs to be fought) drop me just because the driver in the other vehicle said and I quote "Mr._______ said that you were at fault so I regret to have to tell you but we can not represent you". Okay folks am I wrong or crazy aint the other person supposed to say its not their fault and place the blame on you. Well Im not stupid I understood what they were saying, they were saying this is not a slam dunk, the last 2 cases we handled for you when they ran into the back of your car were slam dunks, and thats all we want at this firm. Well luckily I spoke to someone that told me that the Henderson Law Firm love tough cases, cases that they have to get down and dirty with. My case would not have taken 3 years to finish but Covid-19 came through and shut the court system down, but during those three years I heard from the law firm, they would call me just to say we are here and we have not forgotten about you, nothing is going on right now but we will keep you in the loop.
