Over the course of about 2 weeks I called this firm on the the recommendation of Al Fredrick.... I left detailed voicemails, talked to Secretary Jennifer who said more than once someone would call me back. Bottom line - no one ever did - not even to say that they could not help me with my case. Very unprofessional and rude - very 2022. I then left a voicemail on Wes' line saying what a disappointment, etc. Still not even a conciliatory call. RUDE. EDIT: response - she probably didn’t give her real name…. I did call back and left a final message on Wes’ line. As I said - NO return calls. If you are so concerned, YOU could have called back. Very disingenuous. Really!

Where do I begin with this impeccable service..... these folks left me in tears. Matthew Skipper did not separate feelings from my circumstance, he truly felt my pain and came through in the best way he and his team knew how......
