I was in a bad car accident and Garcia and Mintz stepped in and made such a stressful time, a rather easy one. I didn’t have to focus on the legal aspect of things, just rest and healing. It’s nice to know when you actually need quality help, it’s there! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for your services!

I was referred to this law firm by a friend. Attorney Mintz helped me out. I was in a tough domestic violence situation and he took the time to listen to me. In the moment that was the most important thing to me. Throughout the process he was always available, kind, and forthcoming. I hope I never need a criminal attorney again, but if I do this is definitely where I am going.

I was referred to Gracia Mintz by a good friend, and ended up retaining Mr. Gracia (Eric) for my criminal case. He was timely in all his responses and kept me in the loop with the ins and outs of my case. Eric was able to get the entire case dismissed without me even stepping into the courtroom! Not to mention, he got all of the charges expunged off my record. I appreciated the time and effort he put in to understand my case and my personal circumstance so that he could ensure the best outcome for me. Since then, I have kept him on speed dial for all of my legal needs! I would like to add that although I have not personally worked with Mr. Mintz, he is a very sharp lawyer as well! I have referred them both, many times over, to friends and family. They both are very familiar with the law and a beast in the courtroom! I feel sorry for anyone standing in opposition against either one of them!

I normally don’t write reviews , but I had to give credit where credit is due. I gave 5 stars but would give 10 if possible.I was super nervous about my case, but Mr. Mintz was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He was alway there to answer questions I had and ensured I was updated every step of the way. Most importantly we WON the case! If you are looking for a great lawyer Garcia and Mintz will not disappoint.

As a business owner and champion for the community I was motivated to hire attorneys that were representative of a marginalized community. I delayed my review for months as I awaited a response to correspondence about the need for documentation for my brother's case. My intention with reviews is to offer the community advise as they are completing their due diligence. My reason for a 3 star rating is the poor communication. There is really no excuse for poor relations with clients in 2018. There are a litany of mediums to stay connected. Mr. Mintz became completely disengaged after my brother's trial ended. Literally a simple request to follow-up and disseminate court documents was put off being sent since July 2018. Finally, when he circled back (answered the phone) he was supercilious and nonchalant. He was also accusatory and stated that my brother must have misplaced his court documents. This is untrue. When we stated that we referred him to clients he seemed to be unamused and not the least bit gracious. While Mr. Mintz did not perform malpractice because he came to every court date he seemed to disconnect immediately after the trial was over. I will unfortunately not be able to recommend their services to colleagues and constituents.

Mr. Gracia is an excellent attorney from the BEGINNING to the end. His expertise and knowledge of my case was on 10000%.. He is truly the TOP ATTORNEY IN MARYLAND. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT HAS A CASE ..HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU...

Mr. Garcia is very professional. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I had a DUI and with his help and strong knowledge it was reduced to a minor traffic ticket . I would definitely recommend hiring Mr. Garcia for any legal matters.
