Mr. Gracia is down to earth, he listens to all parts of the story and he is honest. You can trust that he will be fair with your case but you need to be fair with yourself and tell him everything no matter how it appears. Mr. Garcia is a winner. I don't believe he goes into court with losing the case on his mind because it isn't just a case, it is about getting a fair sentence like we are supposed to have in this great USA. It's hard to trust the legal system. It has failed me in my past and I was the victim but the perpetrators used the court system as a way to abuse me financially and emotionally and I had lawyers every time. Sadly, I see 20 plus years later negative people are still doing this even if they took an oath to legally serve as their profession. But not all legal personnel are the same. Most use their knowledge to do good not hurt others. Mr. Garcia uses his to help others. So yes, trusting from the start was hard for me but I did and it worked out very well. Make sure you have a lawyer who is passionate about justice being served first and foremost. The punishment should at least fit the crime if a crime has been determined. In my case, I believe it was fair. God is the ultimate judge. God brought Mr. Gracia to help turn an extreme negative and injustice around. However, you need to trust him and let your guard down so he can do what he does best and get the justice you deserve whether it's criminal or an injury. There really are evil people in this world with the only purpose in their life being to bring you down and destroy your life and freedom if they could.
