Don't recommend

Gene was a great lawyer! I highly recommend him! He helped me through a very tumultuous divorce. Gene stayed on top of things! He was very empathic, very knowledgeable and will make sure you get what you deserve. He was always available to talk and made sure I understood the process. Working with a small practice is SO much better than those big law firms. They will actually help and make time for you. You won't feel like they just want your money.

Extremely disappointed! The paralegal who’s name was Bonnie who worked there at the time of my accident assured me that there was a “set formula” in place for my type of accident and that I would be “taken care of.” After 2 1/2 years of nothing happening with my case Mr. Souder (the attorney handling at the time) passed the case on to Mr. Wampler, and then dragged on for several more years. I was violently rear ended at a dead stop attempting to make a left-hand turn on route 26 by a (Lincoln SUV going 55+)The impact was so severe it tore the tires right off of my car, totaling it! The person driving told police ( this was relayed to me at the hospital) that she was “texting” and didn’t see me stopped! Horrific pain and spasms started one month after the accident ( Aug 10th 2018) and have continued, intensified to this day! Ultimately settlement was basically what I paid for my Honda accord ( the vehicle that’s was totaled) after attorney fees were paid, nothing for pain and suffering!!! My life forever changed in an instant. Going forward ongoing care for torn rotator cuff & ligaments resulting in an inner muscular cyst in my shoulder as well as torn ligaments in my right hip and ongoing pain. If Only I had known that the term “we will fight for you” did not apply to Wampler & Souder I would not have retained them!

Very disappointed in his lack of interest, diligence regarding my case. When Bonnie worked for the firm she genuinely made an effort to address my concerns, explain procedures, ask questions, a caring attitude. I cannot say this regarding Mr Souder.

This firm goes above and beyond for you legal needs. Mr. Souder and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Souder is definitely a master in his realm and regardless of how difficult or scary my situation was, he was able to explain every single detail of my process with ease. Another important highlight about this firm is communication. Communication was very effective and instant and everything explain into detail. In my case there was never a moment where I felt confused or I felt taken advantage of. As a family lawyer, Mr. Souder showed me that he is devoted to family principles and he prioritizes the value of it. This makes Mr. Souder and his firm extremely trustworthy, you can instantly feel that they are literally looking for your best interest. It is without a single doubt that I will recommend him and his firm to those in need of legal representation.

When wading into unclear waters or unstable ground they can shine a light and bring clarity to difficult times with professional strength and outcome.
