So glad to have the experience of a reliable team to prepare documents that will protect my future wishes in the form of an Advance Directive along with estate planning and Durable Power of Attorney.

My mother was working with Mr. McDaniels to sort out a complicated clerical error on a second mortgage, that prevented the bank from foreclosing her house. I’m the beginning I found Ryan and Nick to be professional and courteous. However, it took them almost two years to get anywhere with my case and they dropped the ball multiple times. Ryan is not fit for court, he becomes nervous and is unable to perform. He was sweating profusely at our last hearing and totally froze, he failed to bring up even a fraction of the evidence we had and discussed, causing us the judge to rule against us. They advised me early on in my case to decline a settlement stating multiple reasons why I could receive more and it turned out I received considerably less. I truly don’t know how they have a clear conscience after the lackluster job they did for me.
