Excellent Service I was in a very challenging situation pertaining to an operating agreement. My outlook was very much in doubt until I was referred to Hank and his firm. Hank utilized excellent listening, documentation, and evaluation skills to develop a plan to rectify my situation. He was very fair from a cost perspective. Hank helped us recover from being under represented in a complicated Trademark situation. He never threw the other firm under the bus, he just stepped in, did what they should have been doing, and helped us turn what could have been some serious and very expensive business lemons into lemonade. We had to work with a lot of parties to get through this and Hank was always easy to work with, focused on results (versus making things legally complicated where same was of no benefit), and competent. He also kept us well informed along the way, proactively, and was always easy to reach when we had questions, and his billing was very fair.

Hank was referred to me and after looking at his website and reading his reviews I knew that he would be the right attorney for us! We were looking to start an LLC and Hank guided us every step of the way! He responded quickly via email and phone calls to every question...and there were many!
