Rolanzo not only worked fast and hard he was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions with attentive care and utmost respect, he went above and beyond to deliver the necessary requirements and knew exactly what he was doing, he made this job an easy hire as the description of his formal background speaks for itself. Man where can I start Rolanzo came in at the early stages of my LLC. He gave me a lot of great legal advice and direction. He helped me draft legal paper work to ensure I was protected. He has been very communicative and understanding. Also to top it all off very reasonable with his pricing and quality of work. I definitely recommend him!

He helped me with filing in the state of Maryland for my new small business to protect my copyright and what-not, drafted contracts and internal documentation for said business, and reviewed contracts I made before working with him and advised on further proceedings. He was forthright, communicative, and respected my pronouns and formal name. As far as I can tell, he was incredibly helpful and I had no problems with him (and don’t anticipate any coming up).

I founded a non-profit and was referred to Rolanzo White to provide legal guidance on registering a Federal Trademark and I am so glad I was. We had a quick phone conversation and then everything happened electronically and received the confirmation of filing within 2 days! I was so pleased by his work ethic and understanding of my needs that I immediately asked him to complete a Copyright for my book. Again, everything was done at a reasonable cost, quickly and with minimal effort on my part. I have already referred him to a Facebook Group of non-profit Founders!

I contacted Mr. White for some consulting regarding a memorandum of understanding. He was very up front and made sense all the way through. He very knowledgeable and very understanding. After that, I requested his service again for some guidelines on starting my own LLC and also some consulting with other legal matters. Every single time he delivered.
