I had a child for an individual with a leviathan spirit. He was extremely evil as well as aggressive. Despite my numerous efforts to work with this individual for our child’s well-being, he showed opposition and dedication to ruin my reputation, my lifestyle, and my well-being. This individual was mentally, emotionally, and spiritually draining. He continued to be a bully. In 2023, he filed for custody of our child with untrue claims that I am keeping our child away from him. I hired a male attorney thinking he can stand up to a bully and the bully’s attorney. But instead, my attorney was going along with everything they wanted. My attorney’s nervousness around them was very apparent and when we would go to court, he would be shaking, speaking in a nervous manner, and fumbling while organizing his papers. They maximized the fact that they intimated my attorney. In January of 2024, I changed my attorney, and I became a client of the firm: Pare and Associates, LLC. The change to Pare and Associates, LLC was the best decision I could have made to better my situation with the custody case. I was assigned to Charlotte Weinstein and her assistant was Cordell Ross. The team of Charlotte & Cordell restored peace to my life. The custody battle was resolved within 5 months. All bullying stopped immediately. My attorney showed no fear in court and her assistant: Cordell's accuracy/punctuality with court filing was phenomenal. All of the staff at the firm were extremely professional and my case was handled with great care. Without any reservations I strongly recommend Pare and Associates, LLC.

This review is based on my 1hr strategy session yesterday. I’m dealing with an extremely stressful and false situation from last year and unfortunately the law firm I retained last December, who’s name I will not say, has literally done nothing for my case but nickel and dime me every week for 7 months with unclear billing practices, nothing in real time(example I got billed $800 for commute time), no communication, no strategy plan, didn’t bother to prep my witnesses yet I still got billed for it, negligent towards important documents/key points to prove my case, the list goes on. My sister found Pare & Associates online and recommended I check them out. I met with Chris K. and HONESTLY within the 1hr I was with him, he gave me way more information than I have gotten from the other law firm within 7 months. I honestly feel if I had known about Chris and Paré & Associates then the chances of me going through what I’m going through now would have been none. Chris is very informative, knowledgable and honest…as well as I can tell he is not just there for a check, he really cares about getting the best possible outcome for his clients. I wasn’t good at searching for a lawyer thing for my particular situation clearly cause I been getting taken advantage of by the other nightmare of a law firm but I felt comfortable speaking to Chris and based off what I dealt with the last 7 months, I now know what to look for. I look forward to working with Chris and Paré & Associates!

I would not recommend this firm. I hired them for my custody case and child support case. I told them I was on a budget and only wanted to pay for the cheapest lawyer. They instead charged me for the highest lawyer. Took all my money and never showed up to my court hearing. Which then the judge granted the other awarded the other party. Going to this firm was a mistake I was not represented properly at all and was lied to. Now they want me to pay for services I never even agreed to go. They will charge you 7,000 dollars just to fill out the court form. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I used Paré & Associates to file my chapter 7 bankruptcy. Wendy Eacho was extremely helpful every step of the way and provided answers to my thousands of questions. She was very responsive by email as well. Filing bankruptcy was a great decision and Wendy made the process easy! Definitely referring to anyone who needs their services.

Hired Timothy Chambers for a CPS case, gave 6.5k (plus the consultation fee) was told I can break it into two payments but “work won’t start until they receive the full amount!” , then once all that was received that the initial enthusiasm faded and I stopped receiving any emails and my calls were ignored, CPS case with found-less allegations and the only concrete evidence that we had the lawyer conveniently ignored, then had the nerves to offer to correct his mistake for “10k for appeal”, he made mistakes over and over again despite my correcting him because he never read my emails, so I went to work on my own because the lines of communications were cut between us, when we lost due to his failing to produce hard evidence I gave him (since by the time he finally responded to me it was too late to file it into evidence) and I refused to pay 10k for trial he became disrespectful, on top of that they used all the retainer and added more charging me for all the work that he did in error and the communication he never read, I called to speak to the owner of the business and no one called me back to discuss the situation, then they popped up months later harassing me to pay them “outstanding balance”. They are all for profit not quality, and I can’t tell if it’s misfortune or is this how they run their business but ignoring me all along and all the plethora of amazing reviews that pops up consistently is very suspicious. PS: Those systematic 5-stars reviews that sound like sales pitch rather than actual experiences are staggering and appear just few hours or days of each other which makes you wonder. I recommend checking other websites that don’t allow those kinda games and hide suspicious reviewers.

Vaughn Stewart did a wonderful job of helping me through creating a living trust. He helped me to understand that having a living trust was more beneficial and easier for my sons to have rather than just updating my will after my divorce. I highly recommend him. I also worked with Kim through my divorce, which went so smoothly. She answered every question I had, which was a lot, and was able to get me a fair amount of child support. Most importantly, she was there for me my first day stepping into her office completely devastated and scared to help me fill out the necessary paperwork for starting the divorce process. I highly recommend working with Kim too.
