The Offices of Todd K. Mohink were of invaluable help to me in my divorce. The first day I walked into Todd's office I was nervous and unsure of how to proceed through the legal system. Todd was a calming presence, constantly supporting and reassuring me,as he guided me through the process. He offered me excellent advice on each and every decision. I can't speak highly enough about Todd Mohink. I had never sought legal counsel before but as a fellow member of the bar, I understand that there are lot of variables that should be considered when retaining an attorney (experience in relevant practice areas, cost, reputation, etc.). A fellow colleague strongly recommended Todd, and after meeting with him I knew I wanted him to represent me. Todd not only has a strong grasp on family law and is current with changes in the law, but he has significant experience handling a high volume of domestic matters in various Maryland courts. His rates are reasonable and he is cost-conscious. He will not charge you for legal services unless they are absolutely necessarily, and if there is a more cost-effective way of accomplishing the same result, he will take that route. Also, Todd will go to bat for you. He fought harder for me than I probably would have fought for myself - and it was my own case! He is nobody's Patsy and he will not just roll over in court. At the same time, he is ethical, forthright, and plays by the rules. Moreover, I felt Todd truly cared about my case and gave it the time and attention it deserved. He was compassionate, and patiently listened to me whenever I voiced my concerns. He was careful not to sugarcoat anything and was very direct with me in terms of my options and possible outcomes. I really and truly believe that I couldn't have had a better advocate than Todd. I actually looked forward to calls/emails from Todd because he provided me with a measure of reassurance that I didn't think was possible as a litigant in a high conflict case. Todd didn't just provide me with superb legal representation - he improved the quality of my life and gave me a peace of mind that I would never have had otherwise. Mr. Mohink handled my very difficult and messy custody case with a tremendous amount of attention, care, insight and a level of expertise that went far beyond my expectations. Not only did he work very hard in the best interest of my children, but he did so with such care and concern it was heart warming. His associate Ms. Jessica Weinberger also assisted with my case and likewise she was very dedicated to helping me and my children. If I ever had a concern, Mr. Mohink and Ms. Weinberger would address my questions and concerns in a very timely and reassuring manner. My case recently went to trial after over a year of back and forth with my ex-husband. Mr. Mohink is one of the best trial attorneys I have seen and I have worked at law firms for the past 12 years. The results achieved by Mr. Mohink and Ms. Weinberger were better than I could have ever imagined and I couldn't be happier especially considering the fact that my case was so complex. Not only did he and his associates surpass expectations professionally, but they would frequently check in to see how I was doing through this very emotionally draining process. I was stopped by Howard Co PD on Jan 1, 2008 and arrested for DUI. Attorney Robert Siegel after picking apart Howard Co officers report all the charges dropped. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great Attorney.

Mr. Siegel is an excellent lawyer. I was very worried about jailtime on 2cnd DUI. I had ten charges all but one got dismissed and no jail time. Excellent Lawyer!
