Robert Siegel came through for my family at a pivotal time in our lives. I was referred to Robert by a mutual acquaintance. As always, I was skeptical but Robert quickly earned my families trust. He was knowlegable and laid out a plan that could improve my situation when it would come to a judgement. He kept my family informed of the process along the way during this difficult time. He exceeded my expectations before, during and after the judgement. I now consider Robert Siegel a lifelong friend and he still continously answers all my legal questions that may arise!!!

I was asked to contact Robert Siegel do to the divorce I was going through. Robert took the time to explain everything and what my alternatives were. Since our first meeting, Robert has always been professional, courteous, and helpful. There have been times I have had questions of things that have come up and not knowing the law myself, or how it would effect my case, I have contacted Robert on each either by email or phone, he has always responded, normally within an hour, and provided me the legal advise needed to make sure I stay within the guidelines of my case. The specifics.....I was referred to Robert Siegel due to my separation and pending divorce. Due to the expenses the wife(soon to be ex) was putting on me, I couldn't hardly afford to live. Having reviewed all of my information, expenses, Robert explained what my options were, instructed me on what would happen based on my choice, and based on his options presented, Robert wound up filing my bankruptcy paperwork with the court, represented me in court, and has chosen to represent me throughout the duration of my bankruptcy.

Mr. Siegel is truly the benchmark for exemplary work in his field. I have used his services a handful of times throughout the years and felt safe and comforted each time. Unfortunately, I had a DUI in my immature youth, but thanks to my attorney I not only learned my lesson, but also came to understand all the possible ramifications that potentially could have been brought down upon me. I received probation and never looked back! I also had quite the lead foot in those younger years and needed to go to court a few times. Again, I learned my lesson and slowed down significantly, but Mr. Siegel was professional and fought for me to have both fee's reduced and not lose my license. In recent years, I had an issue with a former employer and immediately thought to call upon Mr. Siegel once again for advice and services. Without the need for court, Mr. Siegel dealt with the opposing attorney in a swift amount of time and I came out shining once again! Rob is very personable, approachable, and professional who has a good relationship with other attorneys. He thoroughly explained my situation to me and the pros and cons of my options. We hired Todd Mohink on behalf of our son, a young adult, whose lifestyle had finally gotten himself into legal trouble. We fully credit Todd for saving our son’s life. I would recommend Todd Mohink to whom ever needed a very knowledgeable and experience lawyer. After 30 years of marriage I found myself in a messy divorce and really not knowing where to start. Mr. Mohink is unprofessional and dishonest. I called him to seek council on getting a divorce from my husband on grounds of adultery. He called me back to inform me that he cannot represent me because he knows my husband (understandable). He also assured me (without my prompting) that he would not say anything to anyone, but will refer me to someone else. He then promptly called a mutual friend to get my husbands phone number and told him I was seeking divorce lawyers. Not only did he lie, but he involved mutual friends in this very personal matter. This lawyer is unethical and dishonest. Don't call him unless you are SURE he doesn't know the other party in any way whatsoever. (Evidently even a friend of a friend is enough for him to lie and go out of his way for).

Todd Mohink and his law firm were extremely helpful in handling my domestic case. Todd is knowledgeable, professional and thorough.
