I retained the Forman Clothier Law Group to represent me in a divorce action. Because I had unwisely signed a separation agreement without seeking prior legal counsel I found myself in an untenable position in which the marital assets were to be divided unfairly; my wife was to get 80% and I just 20% of their value. Another law firm had declined to take my case feeling that that my case could not be successfully argued in court and my fate was sealed. Mr. Alan Forman, founder of the firm and an acclaimed trial lawyer, conducted an uptake interview with me. If I were pressed to find an area where Jenna might improve her skills I would suggest she manage her time more effectively. There were several instances in which she asked me to compile information and respond to legal requirements in "the eleventh hour".
