Where to begin, the night of my DUI/DWI I lost my state job. I began to call everywhere for a good lawyer, I started to lose hope and was worried I would face Max Penalty of $1,000 fine and 1 year jail. I’m so blessed to have a great attorney & god by my side. I ended up with 2 years probation and some classes . 2 years sound bad but it could be worst I think god I didn’t get any jail time and my license is still valid !

This was my first time with any type of problems with the law so I was nervous there would always be someone there when you call the desk and if an attorney wasn’t there at the time they would call you back in a timely manner and answer any questions you have would definitely recommend

I will begin that Maronick Law was recommended to me by Attorney Leon Geller, whom I had a wonderful experience with. My traffic violation took place on March 2020, in which I immediately hired Maronick Law as my counsel, then it was postponed to May 2021 due to the pandemic. This new court date fell on one of my college final exams days therefore I had to inform my professor and reschedule a makeup final. Also since the case had been postponed for such a long time I made sure to follow up with their office and confirm my case but was told they would call back with more information, which never happened. So after a total of 3 calls I was finally instructed to just show up 1 hour early and that Mr. Maronick will be there 30 minutes early in order to discuss my case. Now come 30 minutes prior to my trial and nobody is there. At this point I obtained his cell from his office and asked when he will arrive, to which he replied "It's scheduled for Wednesday," to which I reply that "today is Wednesday." Next he goes "It says here schedules for 11 am," to which I reply "No it is at 10 am we're all here." Never even received an apology for all the inconvenience. At this point I'm frantically scrambling and Mr. Maronick reached out to let the courts know and my case was postponed to August 2021. After this whole ordeal with the courts, my professor, and making up my final exam for nothing, I emailed Mr. Maronick a letter expressing my disappointment and asking for a refund. He called me in return to basically give excuses, essentially explaining how he had more important matters and that this was just traffic court so I shouldn't be worried. It was only after I explained how large of an inconvenience this actually was to me and that $1000 is no small sum to a working college student to be dismissed like this, then I got an apology and told that an attorney will be present next time. Now finally come August I once again call to confirm with the office and even directly confirm with Mr. Maronick himself. Then once again I show up to court over 30 minutes early, and once again no attorney to even discuss the matters of my case. Then right when I think I'm screwed again, he strolls in 3 minutes late after the hearings had begun to finally discuss "What do you do? Have you had any prior violations?" while we're sitting in the courtroom. Now I must add that while I do NOT believe the outcome and results of my case would have been any different regardless, Mr. Maronick and his office's complete and utter lack of professionalism and regard for my case was made crystal clear not once, but throughout my entire experience which felt more like a half-hearted chore than a paid service. If you have been recommended here by Attorney Leon Geller, I would stay away as this was a polar opposite experience to Mr. Geller's punctuality and professionalism. Final Note: I have received multiple followup calls and messages by Mr. Maronick to discuss my case not even 20 minutes after posting this review. Seriously, where was all this eagerness to discuss my case prior to BOTH my scheduled hearings when it still mattered?

I have had to obtain a few lawyers in my time, but none were as pleasant as this firm. I know that sounds weird, but the staff is so nice and easy to talk to. They actually called me back when I had to leave a message! I had no issues asking them to explain any and everything I didn't understand and they were more than happy to walk me through everything. I would recommend this firm to anyone that asks! I have definitely found the firm that will represent me and my family members when needed.
