This was my first experience using an attorney. I never imagined ever being in the position of having to need one. However, I am human and I made a mistake. I'm not afraid to admit it, I was scared to death of the possible consequences. Mr. Zach Benninga was very forward with me and never once sugar coated anything. It was time to "man up" and Mr. Benninga made it quite clear. Somehow, all the stars aligned and miracles occurred and Mr. Benninga was there to put it all together. There are good people in this world and the lives i affected, those that could have changed my life, and Mr. Benninga are truly good people! Both the attorneys who represented both the aspects of my case was professional and knowledgeable . They advised me upfront of all the possibilities and set me at ease .
