I would like to thank Stacy, Legal Assistant, for sharing her utmost confidence in Mr. Todd Mohink. PA I am a single mom of two young adults. The only income I have had in the past 10 months is from unemployment. This part of my story is special because so many of us that struggle financially accept whatever the world hands us because we think nobody cares. Mr. Mohink cared! I have an immature ex-boyfriend who, in a sense, was trying to use the court system as a counselor. My ex-boyfriend filled paperwork in a court of law that was a complete farce thinking that I would just agree to the terms. As stated earlier, I am a single mom of two young adults. I am also a student four months away from completing my first associate’s degree in the IT field. My ex filed paperwork in the courts that could have changed the trajectory of my future on the off chance a judge agreed with him. I have come too far to take that chance. I only had two days and very little money to find a lawyer that would help prove my case. Todd worked with me! David Putzi is an excellent attorney. Not only is he professional and responsive but he is very calming. He truly cares about his clients. I hired him for a throw away criminal defense charge and I didn't even have to show up for court because David took such good care of me. He eased my anxiety and ensured that I was in good hands. I was in great hands hiring David. He also represented me for a civil matter as well in which isn't his expertise but he still did it because of his comfortability and his confidence in my matter. Todd and his amazing staff are ALWAYS helpful.If you call they are more then welcoming and answer your questions/concerns plus more. I chose Todd to represent me with a very difficult child custody case where I was a victim of domestic violence and needed to relocate out of state for an employment opportunity. Todd and his assistants were always quick to respond to emails, update me with information from the opposing parties lawyer and scheduled multiple times to prep for trial. Todd was always very upfront and honest about possible outcomes I could face and conveyed several options and approaches to take in trial. Todd is an intelligent and humble lawyer who, aside from his seemingly passive personality, brings his A game in court. I am very happy with my representation from Todd, he didn't treat me like a number on his list of clients. Instead, Todd sat down and listened to me, understood my situation and even met my daughter. I was put in a really bad spot by salacious claims made by my wife that resulted in a temporary PPO which in turn had me exiled from my house and children. Todd represented me in a calm, workmanlike fashion. He was always responsive (even on weekend by answering service - which turned out to vital in my case) and knocked the cover off of the ball when we went to the hearing.
