I spoke to Ryan Foran about 2 weeks ago about a settlement offer a relative of mine received and and wanted to know if he could assist in getting a higher settlement. Eventually, he tells me that I want someone to work for free....??? I paused for a moment and told him that I was calling for a consultation and he was free to tell me that he couldn't be of service at any time. The "conversation" ended shortly after that. I'm glad that he didn't offer to take the case because he was extremely rude not only with his words but also with his tone (he seemed to be in a hurry and kept cutting me off). I wouldn't suggest that anyone work with an attorney that's going to treat you however. If they take your case, they're the ones who are supposed to be helping you. If they don't want the case, all they have to do is say so. It's also a bad look on his firm because he shares the same last name as the firm. I never looked at the website but I think it's safe to assume that he's one of the two named partners. Not the best representative.
