This was a long uncomfortable process to have to handle so young. Zach made it a little smoother with cutting out my travel time and Yesica did great as well with setting up the needed appointments for due dates. The court house is something else with the long wait times. I would highly recommend this practice to others they manage difficult family members as well.

Tai Lowry handled my Sale in Lieu of partition case with care and attention to detail. She was added to my case very close to the hearing date, but she quickly put me at ease. She fought for what was right but was also fair and I came out victorious. I hope to never need her services again but would absolutely hire her to litigate any case. Good luck to her opposing parties, they will need it.

I contacted Powers & Worshtil, P.C. for counsel regarding an Estate matter, but within a couple of months we had an additional issue pertaining to an Eviction/Wrongful Detainment. Attorney Tai Lowry was assigned to the case. I was impressed with her thoroughness and sensitivity. In Court, she presented the facts and nuances of the case to the Judge in a clear and concise manner. There was no need for me to say anything, and the Judge made a quick decision. After the proceedings, Atty. Lowry provided additional information to make sure I understood the next steps in the process.

Found the attorney Cecilia Frank's on line because she was close to me where I reside and it worked out very well. It was convenient and easy to find in upper Marlboro very nice office. She helped me do my will and gave me advice on how to set it up. It was finished and I would recommend her.Very friendly and was very helpful
