I was in my first car accident and a friend referred me to Clint! He was friendly, very helpful and informative on what to do and how the process works. Due to the other party, it did take awhile to settle, but Clint kept me in the loop and was always available to answer my questions and give me updates on my case. I would highly recommend Clint!

I was in a major car accident and suffered some injuries. I heard about McGowan & Cecil and took a chance. The best decision I ever made. Mr. Hatfield was a delight to work with. Nationwide tried to lowball me but Peter told me to trust him. They went a little higher to $23k and said that was their final offer. He told me to hold steady and he was right. They settled for the full amount of the $50k policy and I walked away with $31k. Peter and his paralegals are honest and know what they're doing. If you need a great lawyer he's your man. I would recommend them to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Patricia McGowan handled my case along with her Parellegal Michelle. The communication was excellent, I had direct contact through text messaging and would always get a responses to my questions, usually within a few hours. My case had been with a previous law firm, and a previous attorney, but when Ms. Mcgowan took over, my confidence in my case was renewed, and my case settled quickly and fairly. (after waiting 17 month) Actually, my settlement was higher than what I agreed too. If I ever need an accident attorney again (God forbid) I will definitely use this law firm.
