I would like to take the time to write this review because it means a lot to me personally and I would also like to show my gratitude and appreciation for what McGowan & Cecil LLC has done for me.Last year in 2021, I was involved in a horrible car accident where I was TBONED directly on my drivers side which caused me multiple forms of damage, and also change to my life . What I thought was going to be a stressful process in getting the situation resolved, was the complete opposite due to the team that I had on my side. I had the best team, they were great at effectively communicating and keeping me informed with everything going on even when there was no progress in my case. The trauma, mental and physical injuries of this accident was a heart breaking experience, but what made me happy out of all of this is knowing I had a strong and authentic team on my side who made this all happen. I remember my first day meeting Clint and I thanked him in advance but I was told to save the thank you for last lol; This review is my thank you to Clint, Peter, Jennifer, Nathan and everyone else who was involved in this case, from the bottom of my heart, again thank you!

I’m not the type of person to hire an attorney. Accidents happen and I try to trust everybody. A woman crossed a major highway in front of me. It was sunny, my car was white and she didn’t see me. It was like hitting a brick wall since I was going approximately 50mph. She had her brand new car for 3 days!! When I received a check from the insurance company reimbursing me for a doctor’s appointment and the check bounced, I decided to find an attorney. I’m so thankful I found McGowan & Cecil!! Scott and Ross met with me and took their time with me, they never rushed me. Scott was very informative, told me exactly what to expect and was there whenever I had questions. Medicare gave us the run around and turned a pretty simple case into a 3 year hassle!! I didn’t expect to get anything in the end. Scott fought for me the whole time! He constantly checked in on me to see if there were any updates or changes, let me know what was going on with the case and just wanted to let me know he was still there for me. It felt so good to have him on my side. In the end, everything worked out great!! They fought until Medicare finally agreed that they were wrong! The other insurance company paid their part, my medical bills were taken care of and I got a little money for pain and suffering. I would refer them to anybody looking for a personal injury attorney. They really are a first class office that honestly cares about their clients. Great job McGowan & Cecil!!

Was in a car accident right before Covid hit. But I experienced nothing but GREAT and FAST communication from Jennifer and Peter. Unfortunately I had to come back and visit McGown and Cecil and of course I called Peter and Jennifer M. I had accident that totaled my car and had me seeing different specialist for some months. Clint and Alyce were amazing to work with. They were both extremely helpful, informative, honest, and responsive. They made the whole process simple and pain free. Fingers crossed I won’t need a PI attorney for awhile, but if I do, I know exactly who to call.
