I recently did a settlement on my house with Blue Crab Title & Escrow. I actually live in Florida and my house I was selling is in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Due to extreme health conditions, it would have been difficult for me to travel to Maryland for the settlement on my house so we did a Power of Attorney to do this for me. Blue Crab Title & Escrow sent me the papers for me to have signed and notarized and then they took it from there. I didn't even have to be on a phone call with them during settlement which was very strange for me that it was all being taken care of without me being there. After settlement, the proceeds from my house was in my bank within 2 hours of settlement. Could not have been more happier with the service Blue Crab Title & Escrow gave me.

We recently used Blue Crab during the process of buying our home. The office is nice and easy to access. The office staff is always very welcoming and friendly. We worked with Sam who did a great job of explaining things but not so thoroughly our eyes glazed over. They were great about answering all of our questions and the environment is extremely family friendly. You can tell that they work well and have great relationships with many realtors in the area. We liked them so much for closing on our house, we also had them help with our power of attorney. Would definitely recommend for efficiency, kindness and getting the job done!
