brian represented me for a series of traffic cases , he was very helpful , his office staff were very friendly and above all he was very honest with me during that time about all the possible outcomes i ended up with 8 hours of community service for 2 driving on revoked charges along with a couple other charges that carried a minimum of one year of jail time !! I was very very happy with my outcome as well as his representation !!! I would definitely hire him again !!!!

I hired Bryan Dugan for a custody Modification case, where I was fighting for sole legal and sole physical custody. When I brought my case to him he went over all of the possible outcomes to expect in my situation, the most likely being that our 50/50 current agreement would likely stay at status quo. However, he would fight for what I want with everything he had. Well, that is exactly what he did, he worked diligently to prepare my case, argued it better than I could have ever imagined followed up by a closing statement that was nothing less than amazing and instrumental in winning me SOLE LEGAL AND SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY OF MY SON!
